Process for delivery of warehouses.

Consistent support system from planning,
construction to after-sales follow-up

One of the most significant features of the tent warehouse is its short delivery time. A smooth construction flow is essential to maximize this advantage.
We offer one-stop services from design, production, construction work and inspection based on the know-how that we have cultivated over the years.
We create speedy solutions while accurately understanding the issues and requests of our customers, and we also provide extensive after-sales follow-up.

*The following flow is an example.

Construction flow

STEP01

Plan and proposal

We listen to your issues and requests in preliminary meetings, conduct a site survey of the ground, delivery route and surrounding environment to determine if the project is feasible, and propose the optimum tent warehouse.
Based on the plan and survey results, we prepare estimates and specifications.

STEP02

Contract

Once the above plan is agreed upon, the contract is concluded and we prepare detailed architectural drawings and structural calculations.

STEP03

Design

Based on the contract, we prepare detailed designs and structural calculations.
The construction of a tent warehouse requires an application for confirmation to be submitted to a government or private building confirmation inspection agency in accordance with the Building Standards Act. Necessary documents are prepared and submitted for building permits.
In addition, it may be necessary to make a building permit application to the government based on laws and regulations.

STEP04

Production

We fabricate membrane materials and produce steel frames. We also conduct foundation work. Depending on ground conditions, ground improvement may be required here.

STEP05

Construction

We assemble produced components/materials on site for construction. After the construction work is completed, a final check is made in the presence of the customer, and if there are no problems, we hand over the tent warehouse to the customer.

STEP06

After-sales follow-up

Deterioration conditions vary depending on the location and surrounding environment. For optimal maintenance and management, we conduct inspections and diagnoses, and propose replacement or renovation.

Introduction of after-sales follow-up services

Membrane material deterioration diagnosis service

Membrane materials used in tent warehouses have a limited lifespan, and deterioration conditions vary depending on the duration of sunlight and UV exposure. It is difficult to visually determine the degree of deterioration.
Taiyo After Care Service (TACS) is an after-sales service in which our professional staff conducts inspection and diagnosis to ensure the safe and long-lasting use of our customers’ tent warehouses.

Inspection

We carefully inspect each tent warehouse to determine the degree of deterioration of the membrane material by overall photography and microscopic photography of the inspected area.

Diagnosis

We examine fiber exposure, scratches, and cracks on the membrane surface based on the microscope images, and calculate the safety level of the current situation using our proprietary "Membrane Material Deterioration Diagnosis System" based on a vast amount of accumulated data.

Report

We submit the results of the inspection and diagnosis as a future maintenance plan along with each data. The customer can use them as a reference for the next inspection or replacement, while we suggest safe and comfortable usage. The inspection report is submitted as a report with detailed data, so it can be used as-is for internal decision-making and approval before making a decision on replacement.

Membrane material replacement and renovation

There are a wide variety of problems faced at the site, including deterioration of membrane materials, aging tent warehouses, and dirt. Various renovation systems are available to solve those problems.
We guarantee a comfortable work space with services that take into account the repair and replacement of membrane materials, as well as environmental measures and improvements to the maximum extent possible.
Also, please consult us about relocation, expansion, or rebuilding of the tent warehouse itself due to changes in business plans or expansion.
