Introducing “Membrane Ceiling” in your facility right now with CG synthesis! Introducing the easy-to-operate “AR Membrane Ceiling Simulator
2020.10.06
Membrane ceilings are a visually pleasing, safe and secure ceiling construction method. Membrane ceilings are widely used in airports, schools, sports facilities, commercial facilities, and government buildings throughout Japan. The “AR Membrane Ceiling Simulator” allows you to see what a membrane ceiling would look like right away on your web browser. Using AR technology, you can easily and instantly create a composite image of a membrane ceiling from your own photos. You can concretize the image of how it will look, which can be used as a reference when creating internal study materials and selecting colors and types. This article will provide you with a detailed overview of the benefits of membrane ceilings as well as the advantages of membrane ceilings. Please feel free to touch and enjoy it first.

What is "Membrane Ceiling"?
Membrane ceiling for earthquake safety
High Functionality and Case Studies
Depending on the membrane material used, it can also have “sound insulation, heat insulation, and light transmittance. Because of its wide range of applications, it is used in facilities all over Japan.
One of its greatest features is its beautiful appearance.
Beauty is one of the charms of membrane ceilings. Membrane ceilings create beautiful and comfortable spaces. The “AR Membrane Ceiling Simulator” allows you to experience the appeal of membrane ceilings close at hand. You can check it out right now with your images and web browser.

Supported Web Browsers
The AR Membrane Ceiling Simulator can be run on both PCs and mobile devices, but we recommend using PCs for ease of operation. WebGL-compatible” web browsers such as “Google Chrome,” “Microsoft Edge,” and “Safari” work well with this application. Note that “Internet Explorer” is not recommended.
Four types of membrane ceilings that can be synthesized
The AR membrane ceiling simulator allows you to synthesize any of the following four types of ceilings.
(1) 2-sided fixing (long type)
(2) 2-sided fixing (short nested type)
(iii) Fixed all around (with beams)
(4) Louver type
Features of each membrane ceiling type are available on the site.
