Membrane structure office & store opened in Yokohama!

~The third case study since the completion of the "FEC" experience facility - the third case study since the completion of the "FEC" experience facility.

On April 1, ROOF125, a complex facility with a membrane structure, was completed near Tama Plaza Station in Yokohama City, with the aim of revitalizing the local shopping district and enhancing the city’s appeal. The “ROOF125” complex includes offices and stores to support real estate utilization by Tokyu Corporation, as well as two cafes and restaurants to provide a place of liveliness and relaxation, and has been in operation since the end of May. The roof of “ROOF125″ is made of our membrane structure. This is the third case of our membrane structure, counting ” FEC,” which was completed as a hands-on facility at our office. Tokyu Corporation’s website also states, “We aim to make the roof a new symbol of the city,” taking advantage of the membrane roof’s features. Taiyo Kogyo will continue to respond to the needs of our customers and help realize an attractive society.
