Birth of “disposable partitions” made of paper and cloth

Easy to install when needed, and easy to dispose of when not needed!
Expected as partition between vaccination sites

Three features of "Simplified Mc Partition

Easy disposal, ideal for emergency temporary facilities!

While ordinary partitions are usually made of plastic or metal, this product is made of paper and cloth. The product can be disposed of after use when extreme care is required for sanitary reasons, and is also ideal for operation in other temporary facilities.

Can be added or combined as desired!

It is extremely lightweight (approx. 2.6 kg for the standard type) and requires no tools at all for assembly. They can be freely added or combined, and can be stored compactly when not needed.

Stable sharing is possible due to domestic production!

While most partitions are composed of metal frames and boards, and are often manufactured overseas, this product is manufactured entirely in Japan in cooperation with paper manufacturers, etc., enabling a stable supply.

How it was born

With the start of vaccination in Japan, product development was initiated in response to local government concerns about a shortage of partitions for vaccination sites. The frames are manufactured by Mazda Paper Industries, a company that handles corrugated board and other products, and all parts are produced domestically to ensure a stable supply.

The “simplicity” that is one of the features of this product is also suitable for applications where there are sanitary concerns about using the partitions repeatedly, or for use in emergency temporary facilities. The product uses high-strength paper tubes for the frame, plastic joints, and partition cloth (with antibacterial treatment) that is fixed with Velcro tape.

Planned and marketed by Taiyo Kogyo, which develops many products utilizing membrane technology for disaster prevention and environmental protection, the product is expected to be used in various settings, such as vaccination sites and disaster evacuation centers.
