Notice and Apology for Possible Information Leakage Due to Cyber Attack

We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a new business in June 2024. On June 8, 2024, we detected an anomaly in our information system. On June 8, 2024, we detected an anomaly in our information system, and on the following day, June 9, we confirmed that a part of our information system had been damaged as a result of a cyber attack from outside.

A company-wide task force has been set up to investigate the extent of the impact and to restore operations, while receiving advice from outside experts. In addition, we have begun consulting with related organizations and are receiving guidance on how to respond to the situation.

At this time, we have not been able to identify the contents of the report, but subsequent investigations have revealed the possibility of an information leak, so we will report the matter to the Personal Information Protection Commission, thoroughly investigate the matter, and take all possible precautions to prevent a recurrence.
