(address: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; Taiyo Kogyo) have jointly developed the “Mirai Koukou DX App,” a construction management application that centralizes and streamlines the management of construction site operations in the cloud. Mirai Koukou will launch the “Mirai Koukou DX App” for corporate customers in earnest this month.
近年、建設業界においても働き方改革が進む中、時間外労働の上限規制や就業人口の減少・高齢化などへの対応が急務となっています。太陽工業が開発し、2016年に提供を開発した建築現場写真台帳が容易に作成できる「ミライ工事アプリ」は、現在までにユーザーが20万人以上に達し、国内有数の建築現場写真台帳作成アプリとなっています。
このアプリをベースに、台帳作成や工事日報作成の機能を付加した「ミライ工事DXアプリ」は、施工現場の進捗管理と品質保証を目的とした工事日報作成に関わる作業を大幅に軽減します。実際、太陽工業の建築現場で試験的な検証を行ってきた中でも、「操作が楽で便利」「作業時間が削減された」「工事管理や品質向上に割く時間を増やすことができた」など良好な検証結果が確認できております。
建築現場の施工管理アプリは、活用する建設会社の事業規模や職種によって求められる機能もさまざまです。「ミライ工事DX」の法人向けサービスでは、建設各社のニーズに対応したカスタマイズ機能を今後積極的に追加し、建築現場のDX実現を強力に支援してまいります。

Project-specific bulletin boards to provide instructions to project stakeholders and to disseminate and share information
Smooth communication with stakeholders
Talk function enables chatting, allowing the site supervisor to give instructions from the office without having to go to the site in person.
Scheduling with a schedule
Create a common schedule for each site, including daily meetings and work-to-work liaison and coordination meetings, and manage schedules
Folder and file management (document sharing)
Automatically saves “files” such as photos, videos, PDFs, and Excel attached to talks into “folders” to reduce the time and effort of sharing field documents such as drawings and photos.
Execution and output of inspection table
Allows managers to select specific inspection tables for input and reporting from a list of inspection items and multiple inspection tables created in advance
Management of turnout and preparation of daily reports
Reporting and management of the day’s work content, including personnel, heavy equipment, materials, etc., as well as the work location and work hours, using the turnout and daily report functions.
