Taiyo Kogyo held an initiation ceremony for fiscal 2024 and welcomed 30 new employees.

(Tokyo Head Office: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; Osaka Head Office: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka; President: Yumi Nomura; hereinafter referred to as “Taiyo Kogyo”), a company engaged in large-scale membrane surface structures (tent structures) and civil engineering and logistics materials, held the “FY2024 Initiation Ceremony” on Monday, April 1, 2024, at the Tokyo Head Office. Thirty new employees were welcomed, and Yumi Nomura, President and Representative Director, gave a congratulatory speech to the new employees. (head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; president: Fumitaka Awano; “Actio”), an event and facility management company, also participated in the ceremony. This spring, the Taiyo Group welcomed a total of 45 new employees.

Congratulations on your new employment. We are very pleased to welcome you as new members of the Taiyo Group. As you become a member of society, you may feel both excited and anxious at the same time. But please do not be afraid of failure, and challenge yourselves in many different ways. There is no need to worry. There are many seniors and friends around you who will push you and support you when you are hurt. The future of the Taiyo Group lies ahead of your challenges and growth. We are very proud and happy to be working in an industry that handles membranes that brightly illuminate the environment that surrounds people in the days ahead. However, we have just entered the workforce and are still in our infancy.
