Taiyo Kogyo offers a service in which our professional staff inspects and diagnoses the deterioration status and life span of membrane materials, which cannot be easily measured visually, using a proprietary system. Flow of Diagnosis
Inspection
Inspection areas are photographed as a whole & microscopic images are taken to carefully inspect the deterioration of the membrane material.
Diagnosis
The microscopic images are used to examine fiber exposure, scratches, and cracks on the membrane surface, and the current safety level is calculated from a vast amount of historical data.
Report
The results of the inspection and diagnosis will be submitted along with each data as a future maintenance plan. We will suggest safe and comfortable usage methods for future reference, such as the next time of inspection and reupholstering.
Our technical research laboratory can assist you in solving various problems as well as collecting various data on new and old membrane materials.
