The “telescopic tent warehouse” allows the main body of the warehouse to expand and contract like a bellows, dramatically improving the time and labor required for loading and unloading stored items. When the exterior walls and roof are folded down, the inside of the warehouse becomes an open space, making it easier for large vehicles to enter and exit, and for long or heavy items to be moved in and out with a crane.

In accordance with Notification No. 667 of the Building Standard Law, membrane materials manufactured with glass fiber (noncombustible membrane) cannot be used for telescopic tent warehouses.
If the floor area exceeds 500 m2, it is obligated to install an automatic fire alarm system, but this may be structurally difficult.
Non-standard sizes are also available.
