Experience the potential of Hybrid Flex House.
In the past, Hybrid Flex House was sold focusing on the performance required for non-occupied spaces such as warehouses. However, after analyzing and evaluating the original features of Hybrid Flex House again, we have concluded that living spaces are the most suitable spaces to fully utilize the product. Therefore, we built the new MakMax Flex Experience Center on the premises of our Osaka headquarters as a facility where visitors can actually experience the space. This facility aims to be “a place where employees and customers can gather together, meet, and develop knowledge together” through not only the experience but also the introduction of various products.

Facade made of new materials that do not deteriorate
Transparent, light-permeable material can be used for a variety of applications.
Fluorine-based materials are used, so they are stain resistant and less likely to deteriorate over time.

In addition to the light transmitted through the membrane roof, the high ceiling effectively creates a sense of “openness,” which is an important requirement for fitness facilities. Cool-down effects are also possible by controlling the lighting.

When displaying and selling fruits and vegetables, the brightness and quality of light in the space is important. The membrane roof allows sunlight to diffuse through, creating a soft, bright space that enhances the texture of the product. At night, indirect lighting using reflections from the membrane roof can be used to create a space that is as bright as daylight.

During the daytime, a “refreshing” space reminiscent of sunlight filtering through the trees spreads out, offering a relaxing moment. At night, a “moody” atmosphere is created with indirect light as the main feature, providing a different and calmer atmosphere than during the daytime.
