Difference from conventional construction
Since rooting (piling) of the support columns is not required, there is no need to inspect underground burial sites. It is also an excellent method from the standpoint of environmental friendliness, as it produces little noise and vibration. In addition, road surface restoration is not required because the road is not damaged.
Construction Procedure
STEP1 Base plate installation
Base plates are installed to erect the support columns, and the base plates are connected to each other with connecting plates.
STEP2 Mesh wall installation
The mesh wall is deployed on the base plate. The mesh wall weighs approximately 60 kg/unit and can be smoothly transported, deployed, and installed by 3 or 4 people.
STEP3 Erection of support columns
Build the posts into the base plate and secure with bolts and nuts.
STEP4 Filling of filling material
Fill the inside of the mesh wall with filling material. On-site generated soil and soil residues can be used for filling material.
STEP5 Installation of horizontal sheet piles
The posts are connected to each other with transverse joints, and horizontal sheet piles are placed on the posts to complete the work.
